ALMOND MILK (from scratch!)
Since I cut out dairy, I started using soy milk and almond milk in recipes and in my cereal instead. I saw this video on my favourite natural health website (www.highonhealth.com) and I really wanted to try it out. I know that the store-bought stuff has a lot of extra ingredients and I’m really interested in cutting out all the extra unnecessary ingredients and processing.

Almonds
Water
Dates
And you also need a blender
